Duff, White & Turner, L.L.C. represents businesses and educational institutions throughout the Carolinas in five practice areas. The firm's primary objective is to help clients avoid legal problems by providing counseling, training, and policy development. All principals of the firm are admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of South Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. In addition, Mr. Duff is admitted to practice before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court.

The firm enjoys a rating from Martindale-Hubbell Law Directory of "AV", which is the highest rating in the categories of legal ability ("A") and ethical standards ("V") that a law firm may receive.  Since 1998 the firm has been listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
